Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Jason Jackson ("Vankaro", "we"). By using the Vankaro app or website you agree to them, including the Health and Safety Disclaimer, which is part of these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Vankaro.

Using Vankaro

You must be 18 or older. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Don't misuse the app, try to break it, or use crews to harass anyone. Crew names and first names must not be offensive or impersonate someone.

Beta

Test (TestFlight) versions may have bugs, change without notice or lose data. Export anything you want to keep.

No warranty

Vankaro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise any particular result from using it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vankaro and its makers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or the website or from any exercise, nutrition or challenge information in them.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the new version applies once posted with a new effective date. You can stop using Vankaro at any time by deleting the app.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Questions: jasonj.direct@pm.me.
